25+ years

I hail from New Zealand where I studied at Auckland University at the School of Social Workers in 1997- 1998. Having accomplished my studies I commenced my expertise within Government organisations in New Zealand for the Department of Child Youth and Family. My length of years was over 10 years within the Department before moving to Australia in 2007. I worked within the Mental Health sector as a Personal Helpers and Mentors worker in a  pilot program as a support worker and proceeded to a Team Leader role in 2014 in Brisbane.

In 2016, I moved to Victoria where my pathway continued within the Mental Health Sector placing myself within the National Disability Insurance Scheme where I proceeded to work with the wider community and negating support to families in preparation for NDIS in the Western region in 2018.

Due to my expertise and knowledge, I built on my career leading into highly achieved roles guiding others with my knowledge to work to the highest of their capabilities within the NDIS sector and how best to work with our local communities and participants.
